These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the fv88 platform and all its services. When you create an account on fv88 or begin using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. 5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive each promotion only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set validity period of the bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• fv88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion — however, existing terms will continue to apply to bonuses already granted.

5.3 VIP Program

The fv88 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to higher tiers by staying consistently active and playing regularly. The benefits of each tier are determined at the discretion of fv88.

6.1 Fair Play

fv88 ensures fair play across all games. Our game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt — are independently audited and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

6.2 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, fv88 will attempt to restore the last saved state. If restoration is not possible, the bet for that round will be cancelled and refunded.
• The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet on the sportsbook are final. If odds change after the bet is accepted, the original odds apply.

6.3 Cancelled Matches and Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or has its venue changed, a decision will be made in accordance with fv88's sportsbook policy. Bets on cancelled matches are generally refunded.

• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Colluding with other users during play.
• Using unauthorised third-party payment methods.
• Using a fake identity, false documents, or another person's information.

After an account is closed, the process of returning any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will begin, though this may be put on hold during an ongoing investigation.
